 Complete Dentures: provided by Dr. Palles are made in local labs in close conjunction with the patient’s wishes. A series of short appointments are necessary to insure patient satisfaction with tooth arrangement and fit of the denture.

 Fillings: are the removal of decayed tooth structure and subsequent restoration of the tooth with natural looking tooth colored materials.

 Crowns: teeth with excessively large fillings or decay should be crowned to prevent catastrophic fracture. Crowns are also used to improve the esthetics of poorly shaped or discolored teeth.

 Bridges: replace missing teeth by crowning adjacent teeth with a new tooth made in between the two crowns. 
Bridges are cemented in place and therefore look and feel like real teeth. 

 Implants: replace missing teeth when the adjacent teeth do not need crowns or when the remaining teeth are insufficient for conventional crown and bridge. 

 Root Canals: alleviate the pain from cracked or badly decayed teeth. After root canal treatment, teeth are generally crowned to maintain the integrity of the remaining tooth structure.

 Removable Partial Dentures: improve masticatory function and stabilize the remaining natural teeth. This is an economical and functionally sound method to replace numerous missing teeth.

 Direct Composite Veneers: done by Dr. Palles are natural looking artistic veneers that make discolored and even poorly shaped teeth look great. Composite veneers are an economical alternative to laboratory facings. 
They are done immediately in office with 
no laboratory wait time.

 Porcelain Veneers: are custom laboratory fabricated facings to colored poorly covered teeth.

Extractions: are available on a same day emergency basis.
